Here is the updated 2023 and onward Brand Guidelines for Wayne County Public Library. Prior to me being hired as WCPL’s Graphics and Marketing Specialist, WCPL had no concrete branding. I took the initiative to put together a brand concept pitch in order to have consistency amongst all WCPL branches and Bookmobiles.

The Creation Station is a Maker Space hosted by Wayne County Public Library. I designed the logo, marketing materials, printed/digital signage, and the brand guidelines for the Creation Station, as well as the logo and signage for Creation Station’s MakerFest event.

Joyful Cafe added a location inside Wooster Main Library, so I designed library signage to advertise the cafe as well as a physical and digital menu.

I designed the 2024 Bookmobile Wrap for one of WCPL’s two Bookmobile buses. I also made a sticker version of the updated bus design for die cut stickers that WCPL has given out for various local events.

Wayne County Public Library opted to create their own graphics for the Beanstack hosted “1000 Books Before Kindergarten” event, so I created logos for the event as well as its parent group, “Growing Readers”. I also designed all of the web and print graphics associated with the event. This is a small sample of some of the materials made for WCPL’s Growing Readers program.

This was an experiment in rebranding an existing company from the ground up— in this case I chose the local coffee shop Nervous Dog. I wanted to compliment their fun feel with a fresh and modern take on their current logo and tagline.
